We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Google user data

When you choose Continue with Google, we request only your basic profile: your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use this information solely to sign you in and to connect your Google account to your user in Clouture. We don't request access to any other Google data. We don't sell Google user data or use it for advertising, and we don't share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law.

Clouture's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service, including web hosting, email delivery, AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) that process brand and creator information to produce analysis, creator data providers and, for subscriptions, a payment processor. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use a cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms from forgery. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use Clouture so we can improve it. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. We don't use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account or your data at any time. Creators who want their information removed, or who don't want to be contacted, can write to hello@parker-lambert.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed, stored secrets are encrypted, and connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how it's used. Contact us to make a request.
